The owners of Grand Central at The Junction in Lake St. Louis are prominent business and residential developers in the St. Louis area, whose accomplishments include this high-end residential complex and a beloved Sugarfire BBQ, to name a few.
Although the owners hired an architect to create the framework for Grand Central at The Junction, we were responsible for creating the apartment layouts, 3D renderings, and individual product selections. The owners had a clear vision for a modern and stylish complex, but were struggling to sort through the countless decisions to help them achieve their desired look and feel while adhering to their budget.
Alongside the customer’s interior designer and architect, HOLT simplified the entire design-build process by providing recommendations that would allow the client to achieve the vision they wanted without overspending. We were able to provide clarity and guidance on what upgrades and products were worth splurging on, and which weren’t worth the investment. We also ordered the selected products and helped them find cost-effective storage solutions for the materials throughout the designing and building process.
The brand-new facility is one of the first new apartment complexes in the Lake Saint Louis area in a very long time, and along with the rapid development along highway 70, is sure to be a lively community full of young professionals and families. With its 180 units, Grand Central at the Junction is now accepting applications for its first tenants, and its chic and modern design provide the competitive edge the client needed to make it the place to live in the Lake Saint Louis area.
