ST. LOUIS, MO.— HOLT Electrical Supplies, an electrical supplies distributor based in metro St. Louis, has raised $4,820 to support St. Louis Children’s Hospital through its KIDstruction program.

KIDstruction is an annual charitable campaign that engages companies in the engineering, architectural, and construction industries. Employees at participating companies can donate $1 for every hour worked for one week to support St. Louis Children’s Hospital in their mission, “To do what’s right for kids.”

HOLT matched the funds raised by its employees to double its donation to the campaign. HOLT’s Director of Business Development, Shane McCorkle, championed the effort as program foreman.

“We are humbled by the generosity our employees showed in supporting KIDstruction and Children’s Hospital,” said McCorkle. “We are proud to help support such a great cause and we look forward to participating for many years to come.”

St. Louis Children’s Hospital’s network of providers serves children and families across all 50 states and more than 80 countries. It is a not-for-profit institution that relies on the charitable support of donors. The KIDstruction campaign raised over $300,000 for the organization in 2019.
