Since early spring 2020, Ameren has been working with customers who have been impacted by COVID-19. While in Missouri, the utility has returned to regular policies regarding disconnection for nonpayment and assessing late fees, help is still out there for businesses on both sides of the river that have been impacted by the pandemic.
